A TEENAGER has been viciously assaulted in the car park at a Fenland village hall car park.

Police are appealing for information following an assault in New Road, Upwell.

The alleged incident happened at around 6pm on Thursday, May 21, in the car park at Upwell Village Hall.

The victim, a 15-year-old boy, received a fractured jaw and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Officers are keen to trace anyone who saw the assault or who has any information about it.
