Van crashes in to power lines near to Wisbech (Image: Archant)
A transit van brought down power lines and closed a road near Wisbech yesterday.
Norfolk Police were called at 6.55am to reports of a single-vehicle collision on Lynn Road, Walton Highway.
A police spokesman said it was a non-injury incident however the road was closed until midday.
FirstX1 bus services were also affected by the accident. They said on Twitter: “Due to a fallen power line, we are unable to serve the Walton Highway stop (Lynn Rd) in both directions.”
