A MAN was hit in the face as he walked down Falcon Road in Wisbech.
The assault occurred at about 5.30pm on Monday, April 16 outside Cyprus Kitchen. It is believed there may have been several customers inside who witnessed what took place.
Pc Colin Norden said: "I would like to speak to anyone who was on Falcon Road around this time, or in Cyprus Kitchen, who saw what happened.
"It appears that this was an unprovoked attack and any information may be helpful to the investigation."
