A BODY was discovered on a train line at Turves this morning. The body was found at a level crossing close to The Horseshoes pub shortly after 9am. Cambridgeshire police said the person walked into a moving train. Network Rail had to close the lines from

A BODY was discovered on a train line at Turves this morning.

The body was found at a level crossing close to The Horseshoes pub shortly after 9am.

Cambridgeshire police said the person walked into a moving train.

Network Rail had to close the lines from Ely to Peterborough and Peterborough to Ely while when the body and a train were moved.

Rail passengers' journeys were disrupted and replacement bus services were put on.

Train services are due to go back to normal shortly.
