TRIBUTES were paid to an inspirational trader at Wisbech Christmas market as a special plaque was unveiled in memory of Debbie Jacklin.
Ms Jacklin, former chairman of the Norfolk Street Traders’ Association, died earlier this year, aged 43.
Her mother, June, who retired from June’s Pet Foods in March, unveiled the plaque which is fixed to ‘Rosalind’s’ clothes shop.
Councillor Simon King spoke about what a “help and inspiration” Ms Jacklin had been to the whole street. He said she had helped to organise the Rose Fair and Christmas market and was much-missed by all the traders in Norfolk Street.
