A 17-YEAR-OLD trainee travel adviser at a Wisbech-based travel agency picked up a star agent award as part of a mystery shop carried out by an industry magazine. Whitney Allen has been working at Going Places for eight months and has been studying the NVQ

A 17-YEAR-OLD trainee travel adviser at a Wisbech-based travel agency picked up a star agent award as part of a mystery shop carried out by an industry magazine. Whitney Allen has been working at Going Places for eight months and has been studying the NVQ level three for travel. She was one of four travel agents in Wisbech who were mystery shopped for Travel Trade Gazette, which featured the mystery shop in the June 30 issue. They were mystery shopped for a fortnight for two adults in a five-star hotel in Mauritius for a special occasion.
