A team of staff at Horsefair Shopping Centre has been awarded certificates for top rate customer service.

The group attended a training programme, which was run by WorldHost, and passed with flying colours.

WorldHost provides customer service training courses for retail, hospitality and travel and tourism sector businesses that employ fewer than 250 employees.

Centre manager, Kevin Smith, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have passed the training with flying colours, now we can offer an even better service to our customers.

“Each of them (the team) already do a fantastic job, but I’m sure that the customer service skills that the course provided will empower us to all go the extra mile!”
