Tongue in cheek cops posted a ‘lost property’ plea after coming across a small consignment of illegal drugs.
Using their Twitter account - @fencops – the officers styled their report of the find in terms of being lost property.
“Lost something?” they tweeted, “Lost your drugs? Its ok they have been found for you in #Wisbech #seized “
A police spokesman confirmed inquiries are “ongoing” to find who they might have once belonged to.
