THREE young Fenland curators who spent 18 months researching and putting together an exhibition about Wisbech have received a prestigious award.

Young Curators Forum members Brandon Mattless, Abbie Loosemore and Charlotte Shears were recognised for their contribution towards Wisbech: A Century of Memories.

They received their Silver Arts Award, which they were working towards along side the history project.

Mr Mattless said: “It’s sad that the exhibition had to come to an end as it was a great educational source for the town.

“It was really great news that we had passed and even better to receive our certificates.”
