A star baker was crowned and show-stopping cakes cooked as part of a Wisbech Bake Off which raised £80 for the Salvation Army.
The fundraiser, which featured four categories including savoury, sweet, show-stoppers and under fives, welcomed a good turnout of bakers.
Clare Kinsey, youth and community worker at Salvation Army, Wisbech, said: “We wanted to try and get the community together to do something different, and raise some money for the Salvation Army to go towards their Christmas food hampers.”
The star baker on the day was Lisa Bradley, of Wisbech.
“Lots of people we had never seen before came along, and quite a few have asked when we’re doing another one so it has definitely been worthwhile.”
