RIFLE ammunition rounds, passports and a safe containing �1,500 in cash have been stolen from a house in Sutton Bridge.

Police in Lincolnshire are appealing for information about the burglary, which happened at a house in Hospital Road between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Thieves smashed a window using a garden spade, stole the items and ransacked the house.

Anyone with information should call Spalding police station on 01775 722233, quoting incident number 321 of April 1, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
