Pupils from Anthony Curton, in Walpole St Peter, and Tilney All Saints Primary schools came together to learn about life in a newspaper newsroom during a joint enterprise day.
Organised by the Norfolk Education and Industry Commerce Group, the year six children experienced the pressures of meeting deadlines and producing the front page of a newspaper during the day which brought the two sister schools together.
The pupils’ decision making was tested alongside their prioritising of news stories.
Each group of children managed to meet their deadlines and produce the front page of their newspaper – the Norfolk Times.
The winning team were Hannah Bantoft, Alec Ackah, Charly Spurge and Ben Walters.
