A stolen motorbike was recovered by police after its driver made off from officers in the Tydd area on Saturday April 8.
“Thanks to the vigilance of members of the public a report was made when the rider attempted to hide the non-roadworthy vehicle,” said a police spokesman.
“Officers attended and identified the vehicle as stolen.
“The bike has now been seized and inquiries will be ongoing.”
