STAFF at a Wisbech electronic component distribution company braved Saturday s rain to attend a fun day put on by its directors. About 160 people visited Anglia Components, in Sandall Road, for the event which was open to all employees and their families.
STAFF at a Wisbech electronic component distribution company braved Saturday's rain to attend a fun day put on by its directors.
About 160 people visited Anglia Components, in Sandall Road, for the event which was open to all employees and their families.
They could let off steam with Laser Storm, an interactive shoot 'em up game where shots deactivate fellow competitors, a bungee run and inflatable slides, while games sych as guess the teddy's name and guess the number of sweets in the jar were played.
There were also teacup rides, a ride around the site's car park in a buggy that looked like a fire engine, face painting and a visit from Cambridgeshire Fire And Rescue Service. A jazz band played throughout the day and food was provided in the form of a barbecue.
