THE first of three information event about Wisbech’s new state-of-the-art academy - Thomas Clarkson Community College - is due to be held today.
Parents, students and community members are invited to attend the event being hosted by the academy’s sponsor, the Brooke Weston Partnership, which will run the academy with its governing body.
The information morning will be held at Fenland District Council’s One-Stop Shop at Bridge Street in Wisbech, between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
Members of the Partnership’s executive team will be on hand to provide information about all aspects of the new Academy, from its curriculum to catering service, uniform and admissions policy.
Two more public drop-in sessions will be held at the new Thomas Clarkson Community College building on Thursday January 26 and Tuesday January 31 from 4-7pm on both days. Those sessions will take place in the school’s impressive Eden Space 4.
