MARCH Bears were expecting a good result from this rare home game but were outclassed.
With several players missing March were given a rough ride.
March's pack fought well in the set pieces the scrumaging was superb.
The line-outs were dominated by March with young Jonathan Beavis again outstanding collecting ball and disrupting the opposition. This provided good ball for the scrum half to feed out to the stand off, who at times was out of position, which gave Shelford the chance to pounce on the errors and to attack the March line.

Missed tackles were March's downfall and they started to concede try's at an alarming rate.
This was much the pattern for the whole game and Shelford ran out comfortable winners.
March are away to St Neots II tomorrow and players should meet at sports pavilion at 12.30pm.
Training is now only on Thursday evenings, from 7pm.
