A number of cars were forced to take avoiding action as a result of a manoeuvre by a lorry on the A17 at Terrington on October 31.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened at around 1.30pm.
It is believed the lorry had the words ‘DAMAC’ written on either side, said a police spokesman.
Anyone with information should contact PC Ben Hawkins at Swaffham Roads Policing on 101.
