SANTA set up his grotto in a Wisbech primary school as a memorable Christmas Fair raised almost 900.
Parents and children filled the classrooms of Orchards Primary School for the Fair, which boasted a host of stalls and activities.
Youngsters played ‘hook a duck’, ‘play your cards right’ and ‘frog hoopla’ before visiting Santa and his winter helpers.
Cakes and refreshments were served and a Christmas raffle boosted the fundraising total, with prizes donated by Fenland businesses.
The school thanked all the guests and volunteers who helped raise the final total of 890, calling the event a “huge success”.
