Emergency services are on the scene of a collision between two vans, a low loader and a car on the A47 between Guyhirn and Thorney.
Police were called to the four-vehicle collision at 11am.
The road is closed at the end of the Thorny bypass/junction new cut and at Guyhirn.
Fenland Police tweeted: “#Roadclosure A47 between Thorney and Guyhirn due to collision. Officers at scene and dealing.”
