A MAN facing two charges of rape was remanded in custody today by Fenland magistrates when he appeared at Wisbech courthouse.
Zydrunas Dambrauskas, of Elton House, Tinker’s Drove, Wisbech, is accused of raping a woman on October 16 and 17; he also faces a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm.
The case was sent to Cambridge Crown Court, with a preliminary hearing on Monday October 25.
