A QUIZ session for children to learn the importance of health and safety was held at a Wisbech school last week.

Pupils at St Peter's Church of England Junior School took part in the game - organised by Cambridgeshire County Council - to raise awareness about the subject in school-age children.

Sixteen pupils of various ages formed teams that answered a range of questions on health, safety in the home and road signs in front of the school.

St Peter's was one of 20 schools in Cambridgeshire involved in the quiz, and teams with the highest scores will go through to the Cambridge final.
