Pudsey roadshow comes to a school in Wisbech

Pudsey dropped in to a school in Wisbech as part of a national tour in the run up to this year’s Children In Need.
BBC Children in Need’s mascot Pudsey has been to schools across Britain as part of the Pudsey roadshow, celebrating schools participating in the big spotacular fundraising campaign, in partnership with Lloyds Bank
The mascot visited Orchards Primary, one of just 20 schools nationwide to win the roadshow visit.
Pudsey entertained the children with games and music, and encouraged them to come up with the most imaginative ways that they can raise money in advance of Appeal Week.
Tanya Rabin, BBC Children in Need partnership Lead at Lloyds , said: “Our partnership with BBC Children in Need continues to produce fantastic results, and we have been so inspired by the brilliant fund raising happening in schools across the country.
“The Pudsey schools roadshow is our way of giving a little back to the schools and children that have contributed so much to this fundraising success.”
Following the success in 2016, this year’s fund raising campaign is encouraging children and teachers to go spotty for BBC Children in Need by dressing in spots, selling spotty cakes and goods and taking part in spotty themed challenges to raise money.

BBC Children in Need and Lloyds Bank are encouraging schools to request their free spotacular fund raising kit, which is full of tips and tools to inspire young fundraisers across all age ranges:
