POWER tools valued at more than £3,000 were stolen when thieves forced open a fire door to a Wisbech business.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the burglary at The Cabinet Maker in Boleness Road.
After forcing open the door, raiders stole brands of tools such as Delwalt, Hitachi and specialist makes by Milwaukee, Atlas Copco, Makha and Ryobi. They made off with their haul in a vehicle which police are keen to identify.
Police would also like to hear from anyone offered power tools for sale following the burglary, which took place between 7.30pm on Monday, December 18 and 7.30am the following day.
