A driver who crashed his car in Wisbech today had it seized by police after they found he had no insurance and the vehicle no MOT.
A police spokesman said: “At about 06:45am this morning officers were called to Old Lynn Road, Wisbech where a car had left the road and crashed into a hedge.
“The driver gave a breath test reading of 28ugs, the legal limit being 35ugs.
“The driver had No Insurance and No MOT. The vehicle was seized by police and the driver has been reported for summons to court.”
