At some point between November 3 and 10, offenders gained entry to the property in High Street by forcing a rear door.

Pc Nic Hanson said: “Empty houses and buildings can be a magnet for metal thieves who can sometimes cause significant damage when they steal pipework and the financial consequences of any resulting flood can often be greater than the value of the items stolen.”

Anyone with information about this offence should contact Pc Laura Griggs at Spalding Police Station by dialling 101 or by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
