Police issue penalty notices to more than 30 illegally parked vehicles in Wisbech... in just one morning

More than 30 fixed penalty notices were issued to illegally parked vehicles in Wisbech yesterday morning.

Fenland Police shared a photo of some of the ticketed cars and tweeted: “PCSO’s have issued over 30 Fixed Penalty Notices in Wisbech this morning to illegally parked vehicles. #tacklingparking.”

One person commented on social media, writing: “Well done, keep up the good work. One day, perhaps , people will learn.

“With all the free car parks in Wisbech, perhaps they like a gamble.”

In December 2016, a Wisbech PCSO issued 15 illegal parking tickets in just one morning.
