Police, fire and ambulance crews attended a four-vehicle crash on the A47 at Elm on Wednesday evening.
Police were called to the collision near Elm Hall roundabout at 4.40pm.
One person was treated at the scene for a light injury.
The crash involved a red Ford Fiesta, a silver Vauxhall Insignia, a silver Volkswagen Passat and a white Nissan Navara.
Drivers were advised to approach with care and the incident was handed over to Norfolk Police.
The road was cleared by 5.44pm.
