Police warned drivers that an abnormal load, nearly 5 metres wide, was liable to cause delays as it was transported through parts of Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and into Norfolk today.
The load weighing 305,000Kg was transported from Port Sutton Bridge in Linconshire to Racebank Onshore Substation in Walpole Bank, Norfolk via Wisbech earlier today.
It left Port Sutton Bridge at 8am on Sunday, travelling along the A1101 and B198, before arriving in Walpole Bank at midday.
The journey will also be repeated on Sunday April 10.
