It’s set to be a busy few months for Wisbech Business and Professional Men’s Club.
Chairman Michael Bates welcomed 28 members and two guests to club’s most recent meeting, where he shared what events the club has planned for the coming months.
He was also joined by freelance writer and film producer David Johnson from Chatteris, who spoke to members about his film making career.
Mr Bates announced that following on from the club’s successful boating trip to the Norfolk broads last weekend, the club is to host another exciting event on August 21 - a Go Karting day.
He also shared the news that former Manchester City and England footballer Steve Daley is to be the club’s guest speaker at next month’s meeting, which is to take place at the West End Restaurant on Wednesday September 14.
