A woman says the pavement outside her home has been blocked off by an overgrown hedge which has not been cut for nine months.
Jean Morgan says, despite several requests to Roddons, the hedge and grass in front of her home in St Paul’s Close, Wisbech, have been left to their own devices. She says things are getting “beyond ridiculous”.
She said: “I’ve reported it to Roddons several times. It’s down to Roddons to manage it, but they’ve not done anything since last October.
“The grass is over knee height and the hedge is blocking the pathway. It’s getting beyond ridiculous.”
Anne Brighton, managing director at Circle Housing Roddons, said: “We apologise to Jean Morgan for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate that this has been overlooked and are arranging for the hedge and grass to be cut as a priority.”
