JOGGERS from the Norwich and Peterborough Society’s Wisbech branch are preparing to run the gauntlet for this year’s Race for Life.
Four workers have been limbering up for the women-only race on Wednesday (June 30).
It is the first time manager Gemma Chapman and customer advisers Melissa Mendham, Tracy Young and Kimberley Brooks have run the 5km event at Peterborough’s Ferry Meadows.
Ms Mendham said it was “inspiring to see so many women come together to help fight cancer”.
She said: “The support we have already received really will help to make a difference.”
People can sponsor the team by visiting the branch in Wisbech Market Place.
