A NEW head teacher has been appointed at a Fenland school to replace the current head who is moving to a nearby school.

Dr Victoria Worsnop has been appointed the new head of St Clement’s School in Terrington St Clement by the governors. She will take up the post on April 26 when the 644-pupil school reopens after the Easter holiday.

Dr Worsnop is currently the vice principal at Hockerill Anglo-European College, Bishop’s Stortford.

The current operational head at St Clement’s, Liz Dormor, will also be starting her new role at Marshland High School, a specialist science college at West Walton, after Easter.
