Mixed fabrics donation to help Wisbech school’s students with textile project

STUDENTS at Thomas Clarkson Community College in Wisbech have been donated 10 bags of mixed fabrics to help them with a textile coursework project.
The donation, from Wisbech based business Premierchoice, will help GCSE students in the textile department begin their project on recycling fabrics.
The fabrics will be used to design and create items based on themes including “Eco Wear” and “Flash from Trash”.
Emlyn Moment, from the school, said: “Premierchoice’s generosity will give the TCCC students an insight into the reality of working with a far better range of fabrics than they might normally expect.”
