Wisbech Costa customers voted for three weeks to decide who should be covered in baked beans for charity ... and manager Gemma Kane took the forfeit.

The branch also sold coffee smelling candles and blended truffles, raising nearly £200 for the Costa Foundation who build schools and support farming communities.

Tina Skyles, Costa Foundation ambassador, said: “We would like to thank all our Costa Coffee customers who helped support and donate to our great cause.

“We will be continuing to raise money for our foundation in the following months with much more funny fundraising days.

“We would also like to thank the amazing staff who have been keen to be involved in all our fundraising ideas.”
