Wisbech man arrested for drug offences (Image: Archant)
A male driver was arrested in Wisbech yesterday for drug offences which also led to a quantity of cannabis being recovered.
Police officers stopped the man and carried out a roadside drug test. However, the driver failed the test due to the smell of cannabis coming from his vehicle.
He was then arrested and taken to the Police Investigation Centre where he had his blood taken.
The driver has been bailed until the results of the blood test come back.
A quantity of cannabis was also recovered by officers.
