A MAN was taken to hospital with a possible head injury after being involved in a two-vehicle collision in Wisbech this morning.
The 40-year-old driver was cut from his vehicle by firefighters after his BMW Z4 collided with a lorry on Weasenham Lane, close to the junction of Boleness Road, at 6.35am.
Two crews from Wisbech and Outwell and a rescue vehicle from Dogsthorpe attended the incident and the road was reopened at around 8.05am.
The man - who was conscious - was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn by land ambulance.
