A care home in Wisbech celebrated National Care Home Open Day by hosting one of their very own.
Lyncroft Care Home on Clarkson Avenue, opened its doors for residents’ families and they came together to enjoy entertainment and food on Friday June 16.
Manager of the care home, Jan Davison, said: “We had an afternoon buffet tea and entertainment; nearly all the residents came together in the lounge and enjoyed the music.”
National Care Home Open Day is celebrated every year to try and encourage local people to visit care homes in their community and to work together to develop better relationships.
