The Light Cinema in Wisbech is giving football fans from Fenland the opportunity to watch England on the big screen this summer.

The cinema is to show all three of England’s Euro 2016 group matches for free, starting with the Three Lions’ clash with Russia this Saturday.

General manager, Matt Sparrow said: “We love football and we hope that lots of people will come along and watch to make this a special event. I think there’ll be a great atmosphere.”

The Light will also screen any knock-out matches Roy Hodgson’s men take part in, as well as the final on Sunday July 10.

It will also screen selected Poland matches.

Tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The first 11 people through the door for each match will also receive a free large popcorn.

Confirmed matches so far are: England v Russia, Saturday, June 11 at 8pm; England v Wales, Thursday, June 16 at 2pm; Germany v Poland, Thursday, June 16 at 8pm; England v Slovakia, Monday, June 20 at 8pm.
