Students from Wisbech took part in a prestigious national uniformed services competition.
The learners, who are studying uniformed and public services at the College of West Anglia (CWA), competed against teams from five other colleges across six activities.
These included a fire hose drill, RNLI challenge, search and rescue, Royal Marine fitness, crime scene investigation and an army drill.
CWA had a spectacular result, achieving third place in the fire drill and RNLI challenge, while taking first place in search and rescue and the army drill, allowing them to go home with third place overall.
Uniformed services lecturer, Jo Evans, said: “As always I am very proud of, and extremely impressed by, the exemplary efforts of our students and the determination and enthusiasm they put into everything. They were a true credit to the college, our department and themselves.”
The event took place at Brooklands College in Surrey.
