THOUSANDS of pounds and a large quantity of drugs have been stolen from a business in Wisbech.
Police have issued a warning after the burglary, which took place between 7.40pm on Tuesday, February 15 and 8.15am on Wednesday, February 16.
The offenders took a large quantity of Phenobarbitone tablets - a drug used in the treatment of epilepsy.
DC Tony Harlow at Wisbech Police Station said: “These Phenobarbitone tablets can be dangerous if taken in large quantities.
“The tablets are white with no markings, if you come across them please hand them into your nearest police station.”
