A knife was seized and a woman hospitalised after an incident on Gull Road, Guyhirn last night.
Police officers were called at 11.30pm by the ambulance service to reports of concern for a woman.
A police spokesman said: “A knife was seized and the woman was taken to Peterborough City Hospital where she remains.
“The woman was not injured in the incident.”
