And one of the men - 18-year-old Lance Smith (on the left) - admitted disorderly behaviour when he appeared at Wisbech courthouse.
"It was disgraceful behaviour, you should be ashamed of yourself," said District Judge Ken Sheraton.
A mother had been distressed that such behaviour had happened in full view of her young children - and one of the urinating men had been abusive to a female PCSO sent to the scene.
"This defendant ran away, and he was chased," said prosecutor Emma Duckett. Smith made lewd remarks to the PCSO, and said he would look her up on the social networking site Facebook.
"He continued to make comments, saying she was fit," added Ms Duckett. "At March police station Smith said he had been drinking heavily through the day and was very intoxicated.

"He accepted he went to West End Park and drank there, and went to urinate in the river. He accepted it was in full view, there were many children present.
"He accepted his behaviour was insulting and disorderly, and would have caused alarm, and distress. The CCTV photo shows how brazen their behaviour was."
Smith, of Station Road, March, also admitted being in breach of his 60-hour unpaid work order imposed earlier this year.
"This was a nasty incident in front of children and mothers," said solicitor John Clarke. "He was excessively drunk. He has been prescribed anti-depressants and has been referred to the mental health team."
Smith was fined 100 with 85 costs and a 15 surcharge for the offence in the park. Sentencing for the breach of unpaid work was adjourned for four weeks.
