IPSWICH Town Community Trust are launching their brand new holiday football course ITFC SCORE this February Half-Term in Wisbech with courses taking place 10:00am to 2:00pm on Wednesday 17th February at the Thomas Clarkson Community College.
ITFC SCORE are football courses designed for both boys and girls aged between six and 12 years, offering fun football coaching to children of all abilities at a new lower price of just �10 for a one day course in Wisbech.
Each player will get the chance to join a crew dependant on their age from MINIS (5/6 year olds) and ROOKIES (7/8 year olds) through to YOUTHS (9/10 year olds) and SKIPPERS (11/12 year olds). They will then be split into teams made up of different crew members with players from a range of ages, skill and abilities, allowing them to learn from each other.
New to the holiday course will be the Points Score System, which is designed to give each player the chance to win points for their team from the very start to the last minute of the course. Points will be rewarded for good sportsmanship, good behaviour and positive support and SKIPPERS will be encourage to support those in the younger age groups within their team and will be rewarded extra points for doing so.

The team with the most points will be crowned champions and receive trophies at an Awards Ceremony at the end of the session. Medals will be given out to all those who took part.
Ipswich Town Community Trust are also offering goalkeeper training sessions from 10:00am-11:30am and 12:30-2:00pm for 8 to twelve year olds for just �5.00 per child on Wednesday 17th February. This is a unique opportunity to focus on goalkeeping skills and techniques such as quick feet, ball distribution and angles and distances so that young goalkeepers get a good grasp of how to play in this key position.

All those who attend any of the ITFC SCORE courses in Wisbech will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of tickets for an Ipswich Town home match.
