POLICE are appealing for witnesses after household appliances and building materials were stolen from a home in Wisbech.

Items including a gas boiler, a fridge and a dishwasher were stolen from the home under renovation at Newlands in Barton Road.

The burglary took place between 3pm on Friday, March 5 and 7.50am on Wednesday, March 10.

Det Con Rachel Pearce said: "We would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area between these times or who may know who is responsible."
