UP to 75 homes could be built on former playing fields on the edge of a village in the Fens.
Developer Elm Park Holdings has applied for outline permission to develop the Foster’s Sports Ground, off the Main Road, in Clenchwarton, near King’s Lynn.
Its application states that 15 of the 75 properties will be affordable homes.
Officials have requested further details regarding previous uses of the site, before the application will be decided.
