A key road leading into the market place in Wisbech has been closed today after tiles were seen falling from a roof.

Police say Hill Road will remain closed to allow workmen to carry out repairs – heavy duty cranes have been brought in to help with the work.

The tiles are thought to have fallen from the roof of the Norwich & Peterborough Building Society.

Police tape has been put in place to prevent entry.
