Youngsters from five primary schools were put through their paces at a sports multi-skills day at Thomas Clarkson Community College, Wisbech.
The Key Stage 1 children, from schools which make up the Wisbech Family of Schools, completed a circuit of events which tested their co-ordination, balance, agility, reaction times and more.
Those skills were tested through dribbling a football and a basketball, skipping, various balancing tasks and trying to catch a dropping ball before it hits the ground.
Alan Dear, Thomas Clarkson's school sports co-ordinator, said: "The event went very smoothly."
The skills day was organised by the Witchford Sports Partnership, which aims to enhance and raise the profile of school sports in Fenland and East Cambridgeshire.
