Community House in Wisbech held a spring fun day with fun for all the family.

The event was a chance to show off the revamped gardens with play area and included lots of activities to get involved in.

A spokesman for the project said: “Thank you to everyone who turned up for our spring fun day. Hope everyone had a great day.

“Thank you to the Friends of Waterlees group for all the work you have done in the Community House garden.”

They also sent a thank you to animal therapy group, People and Animals, for their continued support.

The group has a community farm in Wisbech and offers a range of nature-based and animal-assisted therapeutic activities including therapeutic horticulture, willow weaving, apple pressing and green woodworking.

The aim is to broadening horizons and raise aspiration as people grow in confidence through their programmes and volunteering schemes.
