WISBECH welcomed Councillor Vivien MacRae into her new office today at the annual mayor-making ceremony.
Cllr MacRae put on the mayoral robes for the first time after being voted in at the town council chamber in North Brink.
She told councillors and guests that she was excited to be mayor and was looking forward to Jubilee celebrations in the town.
Cllr MacRae takes over from Cllr Jonathan Farmer, who told the chamber he had enjoyed his year in office.
