Specsavers, in Wisbech, raised £59 for Comic Relief with the help of customers and residents.

Staff encouraged customers to make their faces funny for money with Specsavers’ official Red Nose Day glasses.

Mike Avery, store director, said: ‘I want to thank all of our customers that supported our fundraising efforts.

“We had plenty of fun with a bake sale, with all proceeds going to the cause.”
